The residence is part of a large four-storey, original Hydriot mansion, built on a plot of 580 m². It is naturally 'cut off' from the rest of the volume of the building and is an independent maisonette. The year of construction is unknown and probably dates back to the 18th century.

It is located on the main road of Hydra, only 250 meters from the port and the road has no steps at all.

COURTYARD: The central iron entrance door leads to an exclusively private courtyard through which we are led to the ground floor and the rooms of the 1st floor.
The two floors are connected only by an external staircase, however, there is the possibility of connecting them with an internal staircase.
GROUND FLOOR: The ground floor apartment is 99 m². It consists of a living room and kitchen area, two bedrooms, one large and one small, and a spacious bathroom with shower.
