Galaxidi
Galaxidi is a beautiful seaside village in Central Greece, built amphitheatrically on two hills, embracing two natural harbors. Since 1978, it has been designated as a traditional settlement, as it has preserved its rich maritime heritage and authentic architecture, making it one of the most picturesque destinations in Greece.
Strolling through its cobbled alleys, among well-preserved neoclassical captain’s houses with painted facades and blooming courtyards, feels like a journey through time. The gaze is drawn to the traditional shipyards, while the air is filled with the salty scent of the sea and echoes of the village’s glorious nautical history.
For sea lovers, Agios Vasilios Beach, one of the most beautiful in Phocis, is an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Corinthian Gulf.
